Hourly Rate: $85 per hour (3 hour minimum) for multiple models or actors on assignments between 3 to 5 hours anywhere in the Atlanta area; most popular for fashion shows or shoots with two or more talent; if you need more than one MUA the hourly rate is an additional $45 per hour for each assistant.
Half Day Rate: $250 minimum - is quoted at $85 per hour and based on the number of hours reserved on artist's calendar (reserve three hours = $255; reserve four hours = $340; reserve five hours = $425).
Day Rate: $500 per day for unlimited makeup applications for multiple actors or models on assignments between 6 to 10 hours; most popular for video or television productions or full day photo shoots with multiple talent; includes kit fees for all basic makeup applications (fantasy or special effects makeup may be extra).
Commercial jobs with production company or booked through talent agent will be invoiced and payment due within 30 days or less of completion of assignment. All others will need to pay $100 deposit to secure date.
Test Rates:
Paint-n-Go for Acting Headshot: $95 for one basic makeup application; on location anywhere in the Atlanta area; artist does not stay for shoot; includes touchup only on hair.
Model Test: $150 includes makeup application (traditional or airbrush) and unlimited look changes and/or touchups throughout photo shoot (of up to four hours); to be used for model's photo shoot to update her portfolio. Includes only basic hair styling touchup and simple hairstyle changes.
Deposit Required: $50 deposit is required to reserve an appointment with remaining balance due in cash at the time of your appointment. Checks are not accepted; if you need to use check card or charge card then please pay full amount up front instead of deposit.
Travel / Locations:
Kat will travel anywhere in the Atlanta area or the northeast Georgia area for her posted regular rates.
NO travel fees are added for the following counties: Barrow, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Jackson, Newton, Rockdale, and Walton counties. Trip fees and/or travel expenses will be added for assignments outside of the above listed area.
Travel Rates: For assignments outside of these listed areas please add trip fees (.25 per mile for locations more than 50 miles from Kat's studio but less than 300) and travel expenses (hotel room expenses plus airfare) for locations more than 300 miles from Kat, in addition to above day rate for each day away from home.

For those photographers shooting primarily on location, Kat offers the use of her home for the model's dressing room, hair & makeup studio, and even indoor lifesyle shots or in studio shots; and all this is at NO additional charge; you simply hire Kat at her regular rates.  Makeup Lessons:
Basic Makeup Lesson is only $95 for one client here in Kat's makeup studio. Group Discount Rate is $85 per client for two; $75 per client for three; $65 per client if four or more clients present for lesson.

So I told him about my day and about some of the things you used that I wanted to purchase at Nordstrom. Then on Saturday morning, he suggested that we go to the mall and he would take the kids to play so I could go get "that make-up stuff". He told me to spend whatever I needed to. Prom / Special Occasion:
Makeup for Special Occasion (such as Prom) is only $95 for one client on location in Gwinnett County. Group Discount Rate is $85 per client for two; $75 per client for three; $65 per client for four or more clients receiving makeup applications at the same location; when scheduling each application thirty minutes apart.
Bridal / Wedding Makeup:
Minimum $450 covers makeup applications for the Bride plus three attendants. For each additional member of Bridal Party or Family desiring makeup applications - please add $95 per person. Kat personally does makeup applications for Bride and first three members of her party; MUA Assistant may be hired for additional party and family members depending on time booked. Includes optional, complimentary pre-wedding consultation for the Bride; two to three weeks prior to her wedding date.
Trial Run: If booked separately is $75 (Bride only) here in Kat's makeup studio.
* However, if Bride chooses to go ahead and book Kat for the minimum of $450 then the optional pre-wedding consultation is at no additional charge (see below for all details regarding consultation).
Bridal Shoot: Add $95 for paint-n-go makeup application for Bride's Shoot prior to her wedding day, at the photographer's studio or on location in the Atlanta, GA area; or $150 for MUA to stay throughout bridal shoot up to four hours.
Hair Styling: All of the above price quotes do NOT include hair styling. Add only $25 per person for basic, simple hairstyling or touchups by Kat Flynt. For more elaborate hair styles on location for Weddings anywhere in Atlanta area, Kat recommends Jillian Wise (251) 421-4148; or Patsy Barile (678) 372-2956.
Deposit: Minimum of $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date (use "Pay Here" button above). Full payment for the remaining amount due (Bride, wedding party, and bridal shoot) is due at least two weeks prior to the wedding date (at the time of the Pre-Wedding Consultation or at the time of the Bridal Shoot - earlier of the two).
Pre-Wedding Consultation: After you reserve your date, it is suggested that the Bride come for a pre-wedding consultation in Kat's makeup studio (in Gwinnett County, northeast of Atlanta) to choose and try on makeup shades at least two weeks prior to the Wedding Day. This optional consultation is at no additional charge and is scheduled for a weekday (Mon-Fri) morning or evening. It is important that the makeup artist know your expectations as well as having an opportunity for you to try the shades prior to your most important day. Some brides prefer soft, natural shades while others prefer more color especially for evening weddings. When taking into consideration the importance of this day and the money you spend on your wedding and your photographs - being happy with your makeup is of utmost importance. Bridesmaids are welcome to attend with the Bride.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds. Full payments and deposits can be transferred to a later date with a minimum of three day (72 hours) written notice (click here to send written notice). Less than 72 hour notice will require a cancellation fee of $100 on Saturday bookings; or $50 on bookings that had reserved time slots of four hours or less on weekday; and cancellation fee of $100 on bookings that had reserved time slots of five hours or more. For pre-paid appointments the cancellation fee is deducted and remaining credit is transferable to a later date within 90 days of original appointment
