Commercial Rates:

Commercial rates listed here include basic makeup applications (traditional or airbrushed) and light hair styling or touchups on location anywhere in the metro Atlanta area or northeast Georgia. Also included: Kit Fee for basic, straight makeup and light hair style touchups. Additional kit fees may be required for fantasy makeup, special effects, hair pieces, etc... Starting rates are below but please request an exact price quote for your project based on number of hours booked, number of talent needing makeup, and end usage of final product. Client will be billed for the amount of time reserved on the MUA's calendar or for actual time MUA on site; whichever is longer.
Paint-n-Go: $250 covers one face and up to two hours.
Half Day Rate: starting at $450 up to four hours.
8 hr Day Rate: starting at $750 up to eight hours.
10hr Day Rate: starting at $900 up to ten hours.
Overtime: additional $135 per hour for anything over 10 hours.
Commercial jobs with production company or booked through talent agent will be invoiced and payment due within 30 days
of completion of assignment. All others will need to pay $100 deposit to secure date and remaining balance due at time of services.
Model Test Rate:
This discounted rate is for models tests only (shoot for purpose of updating an agency represented model's portfolio) and available to the model only (paid for by the model). This discounted test rate does not apply to shoots booked for stock photography; not for shoots where images will be available for sell; not for websites where products or services are sold; not for calendars; nor any other type of commercial use. Commercial rates (above) are reasonable and competitive. Thank you.
Model Test starting at $175 for multiple looks. This includes makeup applications (traditional or airbrush), basic hair styling, look changes and/or touchups throughout your entire photo shoot; to be used for model's photo shoot to update her portfolio; NOT for commercial use. Minimum of $175 covers up to three looks/up to four hours. Can quote for more looks / time if needed; just ask for quote.
Model's Deposit Only: If you prefer to pay only $50 deposit to reserve your appointment for your model test date and time slot then your remaining balance will be due in cash (Kat does NOT accept checks) at the time of your appointment. Use this button to pay deposit only.
Personal Appointment:
This discounted rate is for one makeup application (can also include a hair style touchup) for any individual for a personal photo session or special occasion. This discounted test rate does not apply to shoots booked for stock photography; not for shoots where images will be available for sell; not for websites where products or services are sold; not for calendars; nor any other type of commercial use. Commercial rates (above) are reasonable and competitive. Thank you.
One Look for Photo Session: $125 for one basic makeup application plus hair style touchup; on location anywhere in the Atlanta area; artist does not stay for entire photo shoot; includes makeup plus touchup only on hair. Limit hour and half - artist on location (if more time is required - hourly rate will apply; remaining balance will be due at time of services).
Acting Headshot:
This discounted rate is for agency represented actor's promotional headshot only. This discounted test rate does not apply to shoots booked for stock photography; not for shoots where images will be available for sell; not for websites where products or services are sold; not for calendars; nor any other type of commercial use. Commercial rates (above) are reasonable and competitive. Thank you.
One Look for Headshot Session: $95 for one basic makeup application only; on location anywhere in the Atlanta area; artist does not stay for photo shoot; includes makeup plus touchup only on hair. Paint-n-Go (non-commercial):
This discounted rate is for agency represented actors and models who need a makeup application prior to heading out the door for a GoSee or a Casting Call. This service can also be used by individuals for any personal appointments or special ocassions. This discounted rate does not apply to any type of commercial use such as shoots booked for stock photography; shoots where images will be available for sell; and not for websites where products or services are sold. Commercial rates (above) are reasonable and competitive. Thank you.
One Look: $95 for one basic makeup application only; on location anywhere in the Atlanta area; artist on location no more than one hour (if more time is required - hourly rate will apply; remaining balance will be due at time of services). $95 due at time of booking:
Travel / Locations:
Kat will travel anywhere in the Atlanta area or the northeast Georgia area for her posted regular rates. Kat provides on-location makeup services in Atlanta, Athens, Buford, Cumming, Dacula, Duluth, Norcross, and all other cities in the following counties: Barrow, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Jackson, Newton, Rockdale, and Walton counties. NO travel fees are added for the above locations. Trip fees and/or travel expenses will be added for assignments outside of the above listed area.
Travel Rates (under 300 miles): For assignments more than 50 miles but less than 300 miles (from Kat's door) please add trip fees of .25 per mile (plus hotel room if more than 150 miles) in addition to Kat's invoice for $500 per day. Travel Rates (over 300 miles): For assignments more than 300 miles from Atlanta - Client will need to book and pay for both airfare and hotel room separate from Kat's invoice of $500 per day.

For those photographers shooting primarily on location, Kat offers the use of her home for the model's dressing room, hair & makeup studio, and even indoor lifesyle shots or in studio shots; and all this is at NO additional charge; you simply hire Kat at her regular rates. Kat’s makeup studio is located in the quiet suburbs just northeast of Atlanta in Gwinnett County in the privacy of her Dacula home; easily accessed from Atlanta or Athens, GA.
